About Michelle

Michelle Kleman joined the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District in June 2022 and brings a strong passion for human resources to the team. She holds a master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.

Michelle has held a variety of HR roles across the country, including positions with General Electric on both the East Coast and in the Midwest. She has lived in Livermore with her three children for the past ten years and is thrilled to work for an organization that her family enjoys and benefits from.
