Sports Fields & Gym Rentals
Welcome to the Sports Rentals page. Below is information on how to inquire, how reservations are prioritized, the rental process, rental fee schedules, hours of operation, and general information about Sports Facility Rentals.

Please note that phone calls and emails requesting a reservation for a sports facility will be returned in the order received. Please allow two business days to hear back regarding your inquiry.
Rentable sports facilities are designated for permitted use only.
Our fields and gymnasium are available for rent to our community for sports practices, games, and tournaments. Please refer to the priority list below for the order in which we consider requested reservations.
LARPD Reservations are prioritized in the following order:
- LARPD-sponsored and co-sponsored activities; District-operated youth and adult athletic sports or leagues; LVJUSD programs.
- Youth Sports groups that have more than 50% District residents.
- Adult sports teams registered in LARPD sport programs.
- Youth sports groups with less than 50% residents, non-LARPD adult groups, and non-profit groups.
- For-profit organizations or events with the purpose of generating profit.
LARPD has prioritized the various sport seasons by adopting the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) seasons of play:

Upon submitting a reservation request, applicants will receive information from the Sports Office. If LARPD can meet the request, you will receive notification and the forms required to begin the reservation process. Renters must complete and return the rental application and provide the following documents two weeks before the requested rental date. Please see the listed forms and example below.

The Sport Office is closed on weekends.
LARPD Sports Facilities are closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Presidents Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
LARPD Grass Fields are closed for seasonal maintenance November- February (the reopening is weather-dependent)
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Submitting a rental application does not guarantee your rental request.
- Dates, times, and facility availability change constantly due to the high volume of daily renters and requests.
- We do not offer fee waivers or non-profit discounts for field and Gym rentals.
- LARPD Sports Department uses standard pricing for all rental groups.
