Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills that cater to athletes of all abilities, providing them with an ultimate, high-energy workout. Class includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If you're looking for a new way to get in shape and burn calories, try Cardio Tennis. All playing levels are welcome, including beginners!
