Conservation Ranching: The 3 Calhoun Sisters of Livermore

Meet Livermore’s fifth-generation ranchers, the Calhoun Sisters, as they share their family’s legacy of agriculture and conservation on their 110-acre Mines Road ranch. Recognized by the National Audubon Society, they continue to preserve native species and the ranch’s rich ecology. Enjoy a heartfelt and humorous look at their ranching roots, lifelong stewardship, and tribute to their mother, artist Tilli Calhoun.

Discover the history of the Duarte Garage and Lincoln Highway Museum while admiring antique vehicles and restored fire trucks maintained by History Guild volunteers.

View Livermore Ohlone artifacts in the HistoryMobile, and don’t miss the 1925 Ford Star Touring Car and newly donated 1926 Star Model M Roadster—soon to make its parade debut! After the tour, take a short drive to El Charro Cantina for a group lunch hosted by LARPD.
