Reservations are available for Group Picnic Sites at select LARPD parks seasonally between March and October. All other picnic areas are non-reservation, first-come/first-served, for groups under 15 people.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PICNIC RENTAL AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
The Picnic Rental Calendar is for viewing availability only; you cannot book your rental through this calendar. You must complete the application below to reserve your picnic rental reservation.

- Check the Picnic Rental Availability Calendar to verify your date is available before submitting an application.

- SUBMIT
- Fill out the online application listed below (accepted year-round).
- The Picnic Rentals team will respond within two (2) business days (M- F) to confirm your reservation.
- Once approved, you'll receive payment instructions via email from the Picnic Rentals team.

- Pinatas, confetti, water balloons
- Personal or commercial Inflatables
- Personal barbeques, campfires, bonfires, generators
- Glass containers, including bottles
- Driving or parking a personal vehicle on walkways or service roads
- Staking anything into the ground
- Carnival games, dunk tanks, unauthorized vendors
- Use of tobacco or tobacco-like products of any kind
- Use of Alcohol of any kind
- Animal rides, pony rides, and petting zoos (Possible exception: Robertson Park Pole Barn Rental)
The following is ALLOWED at LARPD parks and picnic areas
- Standard Shade canopies (10' x 10' or 12' x 12') - use sandbags to secure
- Folding tables and chairs
- Coolers
- Lawn Games
- Standard size balloons
- Tablecloths
Insurance Requirements
Liability insurance is required for any reservation where alcohol will be present and/or for groups of 41 or more.
- Only beer and wine are allowed. (Hard alcohol is prohibited.)
- The liability insurance fee is $200. This fee is based on the market rate and is subject to change.
- Insurance policies must be purchased through LARPD. Personal policies are not allowed.
Deposits
All picnic reservations require a $100 security deposit.
- Before leaving the picnic area, all food, debris, litter, trash, decorations, etc., must be properly disposed of.
- Security deposits will be refunded using the original form of payment.
- Refunds will be initiated within two weeks of the completion of your rental. Deposits will be forfeited for noncompliance with rental rules.

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to find an alternate date for your event.
Refunds will not be offered due to inclement weather, including poor air quality.
