Yoga for Everyone

This 75-minute, Alignment-Based Asana practice, is led by an experienced yoga instructor with verbal instructions and demonstrations of poses with clear steps for entry into and exit out of poses with awareness, care, and focus. All poses are done with support of props, holding each pose longer, with focus on healing and therapy at physical, mental, and emotional levels. The class works well for individuals with little to no experience in Yoga, at the same time provides the opportunity to deepen the practice for those with experience. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
