Learn not only how to make a rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of the sourdough method to make other sourdough goodies like focaccia, pizza dough, baguettes, and other baked goods! Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques. Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!
